Home Page Welcome to the home page of the Cairns Women's Rugby Union. For those who live in the local area we now have clubs, that you can join and experience the fun and team building which the ladies do so well before and after a good game of rugby. This is the first ever. Cairns Women Rugby Union have aligned with a few strong men's club and we are going to show the men we too can play rugby just as good. First things first. Join a club, an excellent way to meet new friends. Whether your a full time mum, student, or a professional woman there is nothing more satisfying than meeting ladies of all ages and professions. Secondly, Have A Go. You know the saying "GIRLS CAN DO ANYTHING?" That is so true to life. We can do anything and the word CAN'T is not in our vocabulary. So ladies find yourselves a club and GO HARD or GO HOME!! As for choices? There is Brothers, Cities and of course Port Douglas. So, if you happen to know of anyone, or you yourself is interested in playing make that contact and find out where it all happens. We promise to bring you the latest news in the Cairns Women's Rugby.
